WISE-UP: A European Collaboration for Mindfulness & Mental Health in Education

One Breath launches the European WISE-UP program: Wellness Integration and Smart Education for Understanding and Prevention

One Breath, founded by Myrto Legaki, proudly announces the launch of the WISE-UP project (Project No. 101196078), co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, in collaboration with 12 partners across 6 European countries.

Purpose of the program
Starting in March 2025 and running for three years, WISE-UP aims to support the wellbeing of students aged 12–18 and their teachers in today’s digital age. Through mindfulness-based practices, participants gain practical tools to manage stress and cultivate healthier digital habits.

In a time of rapid technological change and increasing digital demands, the mental health and wellbeing of school communities have become a priority in European education policy. WISE-UP addresses this need with an innovative, experiential framework that strengthens emotional and psychosocial resilience.

A Pan-European Collaboration
The program will be implemented in around 70 schools across France, Germany, Greece, Italy, and Spain, in collaboration with leading organizations specializing in mindfulness in education.

One Breath is honored to serve as the official Greek partner, coordinating the implementation of the program in schools throughout Greece.
