GitLab’s EMEA Sales team came together for a full-day leadership session designed not to fix performance gaps, but to strengthen alignment, connection, and self-leadership at the close of a successful year. Drawing on neuroscience, growth mindset, and team dynamics, the session focused on how individuals and teams perform under pressure, relate to challenge, and stay connected in a remote-first environment.
