Balanced & Thriving at Coral: Strengthening Connection, Innovation and Purpose
The challenge
Under the new leadership of CEO Kirki Kalantzi, Coral was entering a new chapter of growth and transformation. The goal of the annual Townhall was to unite employees around a shared vision and strengthen engagement across the organization, anchored in Coral’s three strategic pillars: Collaboration, Innovation, and Growth.
The Experience
One Breath designed and delivered a keynote and workshop titled Balanced and Thriving, presented by Myrto Legaki, Leadership Consultant & Corporate Wellbeing Expert. The keynote explored how self-awareness, balance, and healthy daily habits directly influence innovation, resilience, and effective teamwork.
Through personal stories, scientific insights, and guided reflections, participants were invited to recognize how physical, mental, emotional, and social balance form the foundation for sustainable performance. The session was highly interactive and inspiring, with a vibrant exchange of questions and reflections that made the experience deeply personal and engaging.
Methodology
Grounded in principles of emotional intelligence, mindfulness, and wellbeing science, the session blended theory with practice through experiential techniques that encouraged presence, reflection, and authentic connection. Participants didn’t just learn about balance, they experienced it through simple practices designed to enhance awareness and focus.
Impact
The keynote and workshop served as a unifying moment for the Coral team, reinforcing the company’s vision under the new leadership and connecting the values of wellbeing and balance with performance and innovation. Specifically, it:
